Becki - Manager
​
Hello my name is Becki, I am the Holiday Club Manager, and I have worked with children for many years now. I started working at Ladybird Children's Nursery back in September 2022 and I love the experiences I have whilst in the role. Since starting I have worked at both the Scotswood Holiday Club and the Archibald Holiday Club but I am primarily based at the Archibald Holiday Club, however you might see me around! I enjoy working with the children at holiday club because I get to experience a variety of ages and there is so much to do! I particularly enjoy taking the children out on trips, such as to the Discovery Museum, it allows us to get out and about within the Newcastle area. I am also currently studying my Foundation Degree at Newcastle College University part time.
Jade - Deputy Manager

Hi I'm Jade and I started my career in childcare in 2007. I have worked at Ladybird for over a year now. In this time I have progressed from an Early Years educator to a Deputy Manager. I like working with children of different ages and in this role I can provide a variety of experiences and give children opportunities to thrive. I am passionate about this role as a mother of four children I understand how hard it can be to find fun experiences to suit all age groups.
Maia - Team Leader​
I have been working at Ladybird since 2021 and have discovered a love and passion for working with children. In my spare time I also work as a gymnastics coach for children aged up to 14 years old. I'm excited to create fun activities for all the children and create a summer to remember!

Hi my name is Leon and I started my career with Ladybird in 2023. I enjoy working the holiday club because it gives me the opportunity to try activities for older children, rather than the nursery children. It is great fun to challenge the children at holiday club with games and tasks that we do not get to do my day to day nursery role.
Georgia - Playworker

Hello my name is Georgia, I started this role in 2023 and am really enjoying it. I really enjoying working the holiday club as I like to see the children who have been with us previously come back, this allows us to see how much they have progressed and it re-establishes the bonds we previously had. I also really like providing fun activities for all of the children too.
